European, French, American Southwest and other techniques are skillfully used by our chef not to mask the flavors of wild game, but to enhance them.
Shad
Fest - April 28-29, 2007
2001 recipient of the Governor's Conference on Tourism Eco-Tourism Award, This nationally recognized event is celebrated the last full weekend of April. A juried annual arts and crafts festival, shad hauling demonstrations, entertainment, and a shad dinner are several highlights of the two-day event. Kalmia
Club - Hidden Gardens - June 2007
Sponsored by the Kalmia Club, this self-guided tour enables visitors to explore the gardens at their own pace. This year's tour includes ten of Lambertville's secret gardens. Like the city's quaint architecture, Lambertville's gardens reflect its rich heritage.
Time: 10 am to 4 pm. Tour begins at the Kalmia clubhouse on 39 York Street in Lambertville. Tickets are $10 per person if purchased in advance -- at Events in Style, located at 36 Perry Street in Lambertville, or Lovrinic Antiques located at 15 N. Union St., or $12 on the day of the Tour. Covered Bridge Festival - June 9-10, 2008
Celebrate and raise funds for the preservation of the historic covered bridges in Bucks County. Tinicum Park in Erwinna, PA is where most of the activities will take place – celebrity appearances, arts and crafts, food entertainment and tours of six local covered bridges. .
New Hope Auto Show - August 12 and 13
After three years hiatus, the New Hope Auto show is back. Nearly 5 decades of experience go into making this event a showplace for the magnificent vehicles which compete. The show takes place on the campus of the New Hope–Solebury High School. For information log on to www.newhopeautoshow.com.

Second Saturday in Lambertville
Second Saturday is a day of fun, food and the arts celebrated on the second Saturday of each month. The event, hosted by the Lambertville Area Chamber of Commerce, is held in conjunction with twin river city New Hope’s second Saturdays which began earlier this year.
While Lambertville is best known for arts and antiques, the city is among New Jersey's cuisine capitals. Although relatively small in size, Lambertville ranks among New Jersey's top 10 communities in Zagat rated restaurants.
